The Seguinet estate is situated within the heart of Lemance Valley, Lot et Garonne, Aquitaine south of the Perigord. Seguinet comprises of a stunning 18th century farm, with enchanting gites to rent and numerous distinctive buildings and features including, a mill house, water mill, pond, canal and a 2000 square metre swimming and trout fishing lake.
Each property at Seguinet has its own private area. The main house has a 12 by 5 m swimming pool and sleeps 12. This pool is in the process of being completed and pictures will be on the website soon. The millers cottage has a small private pool and sleeps 5. The coach house sleeps 6.
